Last year around September-November most of university in Malaysia held a graduation ceremony and I was one of the graduates.

Graduation is just one-day ceremony to recall those memories while you study and such a big present for your effort throughout the study year.

But then, that is where the true life challenge starts! You have to look for a job. For what?  may be to pay your debt! Especially for those who take PTPTN or any other loan. *like me

Here is the real struggle. Since nowadays, to get a good job related to your study and meet your qualification may be as Degree holder is really hard. The competition is getting higher, plus most of the companies are looking for experienced candidates more than fresh graduates.

Dan kita selalu complaint kalau tak bagi peluang macamana nak dapat pengalaman kerja.

As per July 2011, there are 71,000 people with diplomas or degrees remains unemployed.

That is why, governments and most of experienced worker have advised us to not being choosy for the first job. It may not relate to your study, it may be hard and It may be not your interest, but you have to do it since people are asking for your experience if you want to hold a good position. *Bersyukurlah for those yang dapat position impian untuk first job
Remember, nothing comes easy! You should put effort to find a job that may benefit you in the future and also please put effort to learn and gain more and more knowledge as possible.

I'm lucky that I get an offer after almost two month 'menganggur'. I started looking for a job since I was in the final semester. Most of my seniors are advised the same thing. The pointer / CGPA is not really important as long as you have the confidence to speak and you have a knowledge related to the position you applied.

The government also have established and run some program for fresh graduate such as SLIM, GEMS and other training that giving the graduates opportunity to learn and gain knowledge plus skills even the allowances is just 1,000-1,500 (MYR) per month. It's okay for starting. Take that opportunity to growth.. After one month or 6-month training you may get the chances to become the permanent worker in that company. Nothing impossible as long as you give 100% effort on it.

I'm not the one who brilliantly or expert on this kind of things. But I want every on us to get what we want even it may taking us too long to get it. I also have my dream to be an expert in my dream field and to be a great business woman. Have faith in god and in shaa Allah, sooner or later you will get what you want.
